Our founder spent two decades entrenched in the glasses manufacturing industry studying every angle of the process, from how lenses are cut, to how frames are built, to how something as small as a hinge can determine whether a pair lasts a lifetime or a season. He knew the craft better than most. What he didn't see was a brand that actually did it justice.
In 2019, he decided to build one on his own terms. A single-room boutique tucked into a side street, two shelves, twelve frames — and finally, a place where the craftsmanship could speak for itself. Early customers told their friends. Their friends told others. One location turned into four and local regulars turned into a community spread across 30 countries.
